Ice Cream Shop in Apex

This is a great little ice cream shop right in downtown Apex. The place reminds me of the kind of shop I went to as a kid. The ice cream is made by Hershey and it does have a different texture and feel than store bought ice cream. It tastes better too. The customer service was really good. The person working there seemed to be a college student but he was very nice and great with the kids. He actually seemed to enjoy working there which is a nice change from other places I've been. If you're in Apex and are looking for a tasty treat checkout this place.

Tasty Hershey’s ice cream offered here! The shop is a little small and the chairs crammed together, but who wants to sit inside on a beautiful day anyway? Take your ice cream out to their patio furniture or take a stroll down North Salem Street like my family did. I do wish some of their floats and other items were a bit more affordable, but a cone will satisfy my sweet tooth.

Cute local ice cream shop with classic Hershey's ice cream. There was an ample choice of toppings to choose from as well as friendly staff to help make a selection. There are a few small tables and chairs to enjoy your selection so you dont have to rush out.

A small place with the standard offerings of ice cream choices. The staff was friendly and quick to help. The inside was cramped and it was hard to maneuver around some of the other patrons. If you're downtown and want desert, this is a good place to go. However, I would recommend getting it to go rather than hoping you'll find a place to sit.

ok so we go there tonight, friday. there's one person running the counter and a line to the door, no big deal. i ask for a strawberry shake, "we have no milk" I ask for cappuccino crunch " cant get it now its at the bottom, i get 3 small cups of good ice cream, not what i came for but no big deal. I give her a 20 she hands me back bills and says she's out of change so cant give me my change. she tips herself. OK im going elsewhere next time. some one needs to learn how to run a business. sorry, but thats what just happened...oh one more thing, checkout how they put the scooper in dirty water every time the scoop ice cream. the person was putting it in a metal container every time. i think it needs to be rinsed with each use or at least after handling money

Great ice cream. I'm a Hershey's fan all the way! This is located in downtown Apex. The parking is street parking so that can be a but challenging. Despite how busy it was we had excellent service. It was only one guy in there and he was super friendly and helpful. Our friends from apex took us there, this was our first time. Prices were very reasonable. We would certainly go back.

Stopped by for a chocolate milkshake on Monday afternoon the fourth of June. The milkshake hit the spot and the young girl working the shop was cor-dual.I decided to enjoy my milkshake while sitting in the shop, and while sitting there I thought I would look for their posted sanitation grade. It was nowhere to be found and when I asked the girl about it. I just got a blank stare and she said she didn't know were it was either.
